Well, I haven't been doing very well the last two weeks with exercising, eating right, getting enough sleep, drinking enough water or taking my vitamins. Today I'm turning the leaf back over! How is everyone doing? It's definitely difficult to keep up a healthy lifestyle. No slacking!! Good job everyone.
Difficult! Almost impossible when pregnant! I tried to change as much as I could before the baby started but nothing has really stuck accept the personal trainer once a week... probably because I paid for the whole month already. Anyway, let's get this goin' again!
ReplyDeleteYes, it seems that even just a few weeks of slide can pile the pounds on again! It's hard to be healthy! I agree. That's why we are doing this...it just hasn't become a habit yet! I do find, again,, now that it's salad season , that I feel much better when I eat a salad with chicken. But that gets old real fast. I'm not a big time, let's try something new for a change kind of person either. Yet I hear that it can be done! So deep breath and begin again.
ReplyDeleteI think everyone should try going without a car for a week, and see what happens. ;-) It keeps me feeling good! Yesterday, our little family walked home from Greenway Park; took about an hour and a half. (Granted we stopped at the store and Dairy Queen.) But the point was we were outside, walking, and enjoying the weather.
